Department Updates
With an extensive staff team, Prime’s operations run smoothly. We’ll give you further updates from some of our departments below!

Management
2026 has so far been a quieter, more reflective period for Management, with a continued focus on refining how we operate and preparing for future improvements rather than delivering large, visible changes.
Behind the scenes, we’ve carried out some internal testing around a potential dedicated convoy server. While still in the early stages, this is part of a broader effort to explore ways we can improve stability and the overall convoy experience moving forward.
There have also been a few team changes. Rider, who served as our CMO, has stepped down from the team. We appreciate the contributions made during their time with us and wish them all the best going forward.
Internally, we’ve been reviewing how Management is structured, looking at ways to optimise roles, responsibilities, and decision-making to ensure we’re as effective and efficient as possible as we grow.
On the development side, Matt continues to focus his efforts there, maintaining progress and supporting ongoing improvements across the platform.
While there’s nothing major to highlight publicly just yet, this period is very much about fine-tuning, evaluating, and setting ourselves up for stronger delivery in the months ahead.

Driver Updates
In Q1, our driver count increased from 1095 to 1100, a 0.45% increase. This is following the continuation of activity checks after the break we gave our drivers in December, meaning all our drivers are active in the community!
We received 378 applications this quarter, of which 233 were accepted, resulting in a 61.64% acceptance rate. This is slightly above the average of 58.07% acceptance we saw in 2025.

Event Team
In Q1, we attended/hosted a total of 94 events, with 10 days without a convoy. This means that each week there was, on average, 1 day which had 2 events, 1 day without an event, and 5 days with 1 event.
At the start of the year, we hosted our New Year’s Convoy!
We received 244 invitations, of which 102 were accepted, resulting in an acceptance rate of 41.8%. This is 8% higher than the average number of invitations we received each quarter last year.

Development Team
Q1 has been a strong start to the year for the Development Team, with good progress across our core projects and some exciting steps forward behind the scenes.
We’re pleased to welcome Xico26 to the team, who will be working on the Drivers Hub and supporting our migration strategy. As the team grows, we’ve also taken time to refine how we work, moving away from a single-developer setup and putting better structure in place to support collaboration. It’s been a really positive shift so far, and the team culture is already in a great place.
Our main focus continues to be the Drivers Hub v2 rework, which is progressing well. The core profile system and overall base layer of the application have now been successfully migrated, and we’ve started work on some of the non-critical pages. Things are moving in the right direction, and we’re hopeful that we’ll be entering the final stages before too long.
As a reminder, v2 isn’t just a visual update — it’s a full move to a more modern architecture used across the industry. This will allow us to develop faster, maintain the platform more easily, and deliver new features more efficiently going forward.
That said, we are also exploring a light UI refresh alongside v2. It won’t be a complete redesign, but you can expect a cleaner, more modern feel with some updated widgets.
Over on TrackSim development is also progressing nicely. We now have tester builds available, with current work focused on features like Discord Rich Presence and squashing remaining bugs. We’re aiming to expand testing further in Q2 as we move closer to a more complete version.
That’s all from the Development Team for Q1 — plenty more to come as we continue pushing towards v2 and beyond!

Public Relations Team
Q1 saw some normality put back into the team. After a rather disappointing end to the year, we see a return to our usual levels of post engagement throughout Q1. Likes are up across the board even though we put out a fair few less posts, as a result of the increased presence around our anniversary.

Media Team
The Photography Team attended 6 convoys this quarter, producing 63 photos and 1 video! These can be viewed in the #prime-media channel on our Discord Server
Alongside this, the Assets Team underwent a restructuring this quarter. GetForkStabbed, who was our Media Director up until May 2024, returned to the VTC! He works alongside Voxyz who handles the Photography Team.
Assets have a small teaser as to what’s coming up in the future they would like to share. Please take a look at the following screenshot and tell us what you think!

Examination Team
The Examination Team conducted 193 exams this quarter, of which 141 passed, resulting in a pass rate of 73%! There were 31 missed exams this quarter. Please use this as a reminder that if you book an exam, please turn up, or if you cannot make it, cancel the exam! This saves our Examination Team a lot of hassle.

Driver Leaderboards
We’ve summed up the leaderboards between January and March. Congratulations to these 3 people who got to the top!
Belgium Transport
Congratulations on attending the most events (59), and earning the most points (381,196 points) this quarter! That’s 62.8% of all events we hosted/attended! Thank you for your continued dedication to our VTC!
x_pommespanzer_x
Congratulations on driving the furthest distance (313,442km) and completing the most jobs (445 jobs) this quarter! That’s the same as driving around the equator just under 8 times! Extraordinary figures, amazing dedication! Keep it up!

VTC Statistics
It’s time to take a look at how the VTC performed overall this quarter, compared to last quarter!
Total Distance Driven
This quarter, our drivers SMASHED all records and drove an outstanding 24,876,226km! To put this into perspective, this time last year, our drivers drove 21,887,420km, a near 3 million km increase! Total Jobs
35,755 jobs were completed this quarter. Although this isn’t the highest we’ve seen, considering the reduction in ETS2/ATS WoT events as a result of SCS pausing them shows the dedication of our drivers. Keep it up everyone!
