Staff Of The Month

April - Codeize

Codeize has produced consistent high-quality work across many aspects of the VTC which has a meaningful impact on our operations. His consistent contributions do not go unnoticed!

We did not have a SOTM in May or June. The program has been put on hiatus while we work out internally how better to execute it such that it continues to be a meaningful award.

Department Updates

With an extensive staff team, Prime’s operations run smoothly. We’ll give you further updates from some of our departments below!

Management

So far 2026 has been a steady period for Management, with much of our attention directed towards strengthening our internal foundations rather than introducing major public-facing changes.

During this time, we’ve welcomed some adjustments within the team while also taking the opportunity to review our overall management structure. This has involved assessing responsibilities, workflows, and decision-making processes to ensure we’re well positioned for future growth and continued efficiency.

Development remains an ongoing priority, with Matt continuing to lead work in that area, driving progress and supporting improvements across the platform.

Although there aren’t any significant announcements to share at this stage, the work taking place behind the scenes is focused on building a stronger framework that will enable us to deliver more effectively as the year progresses.

Driver Updates

In Q2, our driver count increased from 1100 to 1068, a 3% decrease. We have stabilised around the 1,000 driver mark.

We received 303 applications this quarter, of which 181 were accepted, resulting in a 59.74% acceptance rate. This is slightly above the average of 58.07% acceptance we saw in 2025.

We received 147 invitations, of which 46 were accepted, resulting in an acceptance rate of 31.3%. This is substantially lower than the number of invitations we usually receive.

Development Team

Q2 has been another productive quarter for the Development Team, with our primary focus continuing to be Drivers Hub V2.

Over the past few months, we’ve had some great planning sessions to map out the remaining work and timelines for migrating all of our systems onto the new frontend architecture. As a reminder, this project is much more than just a visual refresh - it’s about bringing our codebase up to modern standards, making it easier to maintain and allowing us to develop and release new features much faster in the future. We’re pleased to say that development remains on track for a Q4 2026 launch.

As we get closer to release, we’re also excited to begin talking about some of the new features coming with v2. One of the first will be a complete overhaul of our download system, making it easier to use and much more flexible. We’ll be sharing more details as development progresses.

Over on TrackSim, development has also been progressing well. Internal testing with our staff team has been incredibly valuable, helping us uncover and resolve a number of critical bugs before release. The project is shaping up nicely, and we’re looking forward to opening it up to the wider community soon, with a planned release no earlier than Q3 2026.

Finally, we’d like to thank everyone for their continued patience while development updates have been a little quieter than usual. We know many of you are eager to see new features, and while much of our effort has been focused on building the foundations, that work will pay off in the long run. Once v2 is released, we’ll finally be able to turn our attention back to exciting community-requested features - including the much-anticipated leaderboards.

That’s all from the Development Team for Q2. We can’t wait to start sharing more of what we’ve been building over the coming months!

Public Relations Team

PR had a massive quarter. Our key takeaway was our Facebook follower count increasing from 429 to 1,099 followers, a 256% increase! We saw sustained follower gain throughout the quarter, nothing like we saw before. We think Facebook changed their algorithm in a way that increased the presence of accounts with similar interests to you, hence us showing up for a lot more people. Either way, we hope this growth continues!

We are also now steadily above 3,000 followers on X/Twitter!

I (Joshua) would also like to give a personal shout out to Ash this quarter, who has gone above and beyond with his posts. Whether it was the Prime “Starter Pack”, Prime Fitness, or even the Instagram Reels you viewers may have seen, Ash has truly set a new standard for post interaction with the community. We hope you’ve enjoyed this switch up from our usual posts! We will of course continue with our usual posting, however do expect continued sprinklings of more “fun” posts!

Media Team

On the Photography side, 3 convoys were attended, where 30 photos were taken and 2 videos were posted. You can find the photos and videos in the #prime-media channel on our Discord Server!

On the Assets side, we were gearing up for the release of our Local Mods for TruckersMP! Alongside this, we have been restructuring our skinning process to make it more efficient and allow for easier creation of future skins.

Examination Team

The Examination Team had a productive quarter! We saw the introduction of the Container Exam, and 4 brand new routes: - Poti to Marneuli (ETS2 Promods) - Ioannina to Tirana (ETS2) - Grand Forks to Abbotsford (ATS Promods) - Kamloops to Pemberton (ATS Promods)

Alongside this, 167 exams were conducted, of which 136 were passed, meaning we had a pass rate of 80.5%. We saw just as many exams missed as last quarter. Please take this as a reminder to let the team know if you can’t make an exam!

geronimo8815

Congratulations on earning the most points this quarter, a total of 468,191! If you were a new driver, you’d get 6 rank promotions from that many points! Thanks for your dedication to our VTC!

spidertalk

Congratulations on travelling the furthest distance this quarter, a total of 369,204km! That’s the same as driving around the M25 2,184 times… not that we’d wish that on anyone!

Jiavana

Congratulations on completing the most jobs this quarter, a total of 440! That’s nearly 5 a day… have you replaced your fruit and veg 5 a day with truck jobs? We don’t blame you!

VTC Statistics

It’s time to take a look at how the VTC performed overall this quarter!

Total Distance Driven

This quarter, our drivers drove a total of 22,014,902km! With the lack of any SCS WoT events, our total driven distance has taken a noticeable dip compared to prior quarters. However, this is still a mega number and we appreciate every km/mile our drivers drive!

Total Jobs

29,869 jobs were completed this quarter. Again, this is likely as a result of a lack of any SCS WoT events. This still works out to around 30 jobs per driver on average, or 1 a day! Keep it up everyone!

Total Points Earned

23,987,063 points were earned this quarter! This means that 1,972,161 points were earned from our bonuses, attending convoys, or completing exams!

Total Drivers Attending Events

We had 224 unique drivers attending events this quarter! This is around 21% of all drivers in our VTC attending at least 1 event.

Total New Drivers

We welcomed 197 new drivers to our VTC this quarter. We hope you have enjoyed your first few months and stick with us for years to come!

Driver Rank Promotions

Our drivers achieved 485 new ranks this quarter, ranging from Novice Driver all the way up to Grandmaster! Keep up the good work everyone!

Thank you to all of our drivers for sticking with us and allowing us to continue to thrive in the trucking community!
