Department Updates
With an extensive staff team, Prime’s operations run smoothly. We’ll give you further updates from some of our departments below!

Management
Q3 has been another steady period for us, with Matt focusing primarily on development and ensuring everything continues to run smoothly. While it’s been a quieter quarter overall, much of the focus has been on refining internal processes and strengthening communication across departments.
We’ve taken time to sharpen up several internal policies to help everything run more efficiently, creating a smoother experience for both staff and community alike. One of the main developments this quarter was working with our Director of Events to establish a new Convoy Control Assistant (CCA) role - successfully recruiting and onboarding someone into that position.
We also introduced a new ticket process, aimed at reducing long-standing tickets and improving overall response times.
Lastly, we’ve been supporting Andreas with preparations for Prime’s 7-year anniversary, helping ensure all the moving parts come together as planned.
That’s all from Management for Q3, we’ll see you again in Q4!

Driver Updates
In Q3, we received 422 applications, of which 273 were accepted, resulting in a 64.69% acceptance rate. This represents around a 20% increase in the number of applications compared to previous quarters. This is likely as a result of the closing of other VTC’s in the community.
Our driver count was 982 at the end of this quarter.

Event Team
This quarter, we had a period of interruption in our invitation system. Even though it was shut off for around a month of this quarter, we still received 220 invitations! This is only an 18% decrease, yet accounts for only 60% of Q3! The rate of invitations received is only increasing.
We saw an increase in average driver attendance to around 14 drivers overall. Specifically at Prime hosted events, 40 or higher, which is amazing to see!
Next quarter, we will be discussing Prime’s 7 Year Anniversary. This is the biggest quarter for the Event Team, with the hosting of our anniversary convoy! We’ll take a deep dive into that next time.

Development Team
Q3 has been a productive quarter for us as we wrapped up the final minor update to the current Drivers Hub before the next major version. Version 1.6.0 was released, bringing a handful of useful new features and improvements, including:
- Profile picture editor (Codeize)
- Events attended calendar (Matt)
- Email change verification (Matt)
- Ability to return to a previous stage in the exam booking form (Codeize)
- Exam availability disclaimer (Codeize)
This release marks the last update in the v1 series, paving the way for Drivers Hub v2 - our biggest focus heading into the end of the year. While the overall look of the hub won’t change much, the new version is centred around improving user experience, with smoother navigation, better notifications, and modernised code under the hood.
Some parts of the existing system are now a few years old, so this update also includes major refactoring and a framework upgrade to bring everything up to current standards. Both Matt and Codeize are fully focused on this project as we move into Q4, aiming to make solid progress and set the stage for a strong finish to the year.
That’s all from the Development Team for Q3, stay tuned for more exciting updates as we close out the year!

Public Relations Team
Q3 2025 is a mixed bag on the Public Relations side. We saw huge leaps in follower counts this quarter, compared to previous quarters this year. However, post interaction on both X and Instagram saw the same declines we’ve seen over the past few years.
Q4 2025 is set to be the biggest quarter for us, as we have a heavy push surrounding our 7 year anniversary! Stay tuned for all the details surrounding that in the next Newsletter.
If you haven’t already, make sure to sign up to the Newsletter on our website to get this straight to your inbox!

Media Team
Due to staffing and internal issues, we did not meet the deadlines for some of our Q3 projects. However, we did still release a Prostate Cancer Awareness Month skin.
With staff applications in the works, we’re hoping to pick up activity again once recruitment has been finalised.
Q4 2025 is set to see multiple skins released! We aim to release an Anniversary, Halloween and Christmas skin. We have also restarted our ETS2 skin revamp project and aim for the first part to release in Q1 2026, no guarantees though!
With the new year, we are planning on starting a new skin project series called open seasons! Stay tuned in the new year for further updates around this project.
In Q3 2025, the Photography Team attended 5 convoys, produced 35 photos and released 2 videos!

Examination Team
Q3 2025 was an average quarter for the Examination Team. With the high of Q1 and the low of Q2, Q3 sat right in the middle with 211 exams conducted, of which 166 were passed. 49 exams were missed. Please make sure you book exams for times you are definitely around, or respond to messages about rescheduling!
3 new routes were added to our roster this quarter! This included: - Ruse, Bulgaria to Pirdop, Bulgaria - Leon, Spain to A Coruna, Spain - Cagliari, Italy to Olbia, Italy
We hope you enjoy these new additions!

VTC Statistics
It’s time to take a look at how the VTC performed overall this quarter, compared to last quarter!
Total Distance Driven
This quarter, our total distance driven as a VTC did take a dip after the extensive growth we’ve seen throughout the year, to 21,456,125km. This is still an amazing figure though, as its still around 25% higher than Q3 2024! Amazing work from each and every one of you. Hopefully, in Q4, with the incoming Christmas SCS event, along with the festive season with people having more free time, this figure will jump!
Total Jobs
Our drivers completed 32,235 jobs this quarter! That works out as each of our drivers completing around 30 jobs, or 1 every 3 days!
Total Points Earned
As a VTC, our drivers earned 23,633,325 points! This is a decrease of around 5.3% compared to Q2 2025.
Total Drivers Attending Events
With our anniversary making up a large influence in this figure, it had a MASSIVE jump, from 251 drivers last quarter, to 294 drivers this quarter! This represents a 17% increase! This figure may drop next quarter, but fingers crossed it stays up!
Total New Drivers
We welcomed 270 new drivers to our VTC this quarter, representing an 11.6% increase compared to last quarter! This is slightly higher than Q1 2025 as well.
Thank you to all of our drivers for sticking with us and allowing us to continue to grow, as seen by these amazing statistics, whether it be in points in some quarters, or event attendance in others!
