Department Updates
With an extensive staff team, Prime’s operations run smoothly. We’ll give you further updates from some of our departments below!

Management
Q4 has been a positive and productive quarter for the team, with a good mix of reflection, planning, and the usual behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything running day to day.
The highlight of the quarter was celebrating 7 years of Prime. Reaching this milestone wouldn’t have been possible without the continued support, time, and enthusiasm from our community, so a big thank you to everyone who’s been part of the journey so far!
Management also came together for a planning session to look ahead to the next year. We spent time discussing our direction, priorities, and the processes we want to strengthen going forward, making sure we’re set up to keep improving and supporting the community as we grow.
We’ve also been reviewing our backlog to make sure we’re focusing our efforts in the right places and putting time into the areas that will have the biggest impact.
Work started on a new Driver FAQ section, aimed at making information easier to find and helping answer common questions. This was paused over the Christmas period while things quietened down, but it’s still in progress and something we’re looking forward to bringing to you soon.
Behind the scenes, we’ve also been working on some exciting partnership opportunities, which we hope to share more about in Q1 2026.
As always, a lot of time this quarter went into the usual compliance, maintenance, and general upkeep to keep everything running smoothly and reliably.
To help everyone enjoy the festive season, we also disabled the December quota, giving staff the chance to take a proper break and spend time away over Christmas.
That’s all from Management for Q4 - thank you, as always, for being part of the community. We’re excited for what’s ahead and look forward to sharing more with you in the new year!

Driver Updates
In Q4, we received 385 applications, of which 241 were accepted, working out at a 62.6% acceptance rate. Compared to the rest of the year, this was on the higher end of the number of applications received. Compared to Q4 2024, this is up 8%! We believe this increase is still as a result of the VTC landscape with the closing of notable VTC’s this year.
Our driver count rose from 982 to 1095 at the end of December. This is partly as a result of activity checks being paused for the month of December, where drivers did not have to meet the quota, to allow them to spend time with families. We expect to see a slight drop in Q1 2026.

Event Team
Q4 is always the biggest quarter for the Event Team. We held our 7 Year Anniversary convoy, which saw 383 attendees in total! Of those, over 100 of them were from Prime. Thank you to everyone who attended our anniversary, and an even bigger thank you goes to everyone behind the scenes making it possible.
Moving on to the rest of the quarter, we attended 106 events in total! Even though we had 11 days without a convoy, this means that, on average, every 6 days saw 7 events attended. The high number of days without a convoy is as a result of the holiday season.
We received 226 invitations this quarter, slightly higher than Q3 but lower than Q2.

Development Team
Q4 has been a quieter quarter in terms of visible changes, but a lot of important work has been happening behind the scenes to set us up for the future.
Most of our time has been focused on the Drivers Hub v2 refactor, which remains our main priority. The core infrastructure for the new version has now been successfully migrated, and we’re continuing the process of moving existing systems across. This work isn’t always visible straight away, but it’s a big step towards a faster, more reliable, and easier-to-maintain platform.
Because of this focus, there haven’t been many updates pushed to the current live version of the Hub during Q4.
Alongside this, some development time was dedicated to the TrackSim project as we work towards a new version designed to improve the reliability and accuracy of its data. There’s no confirmed release date yet, but we’re currently targeting a 2026 release.
We also took the opportunity to resolve a few ongoing bot issues, helping to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Development capacity was a little reduced this quarter, with Matt on leave for a month during November and December, followed by the Christmas break. While progress naturally slowed during this period, work has continued steadily where possible.
Looking ahead, we’ve also started exploring ideas for something fun and community-focused for the new year - a personalised annual summary of your activity and data, inspired by the concept of a “year in review” similar to Spotify Wrapped.
That’s all from the Development Team for Q4. Thanks for your patience while we focus on the foundations - we’re excited to share more as progress on v2 continues into the new year!

Public Relations Team
Q4 saw some of the lowest post engagement we have ever had. In every other year, this has been the quarter where the team shines, with the anniversary celebrations and the holiday season in full swing. However, as soon as Q4 started, we immediately noticed a significant drop off in post performance on all platforms, with no prior indication of such a drop off.
Facebook has removed “Page Likes”, so these are no longer included in our statistics.
We did still see a substantial increase in follower counts.
These stats will be monitored over the next few months to see how we can try to recover from this significant drop off.

Media Team
Q4 saw 5 convoys attended by the Media Team, producing 37 photos and 4 videos. On the Assets side, we are still ironing out the Team, hiring new members and getting back into the swing of things with projects. Do expect some more updates in the coming months regarding Assets!

Examination Team
Q4 saw 197 exams booked, of which 134 were passed. This is down from 211 booked last quarter, however, exams could not be booked for part of December as a result of the Staff Break, hence the decrease.
